Privacy Policy
Updated October 27, 2026.
Heights and names you enter
The comparison chart and height converter run in your browser. The tools do not send the names, heights, or comparison images you enter to our database. PNG downloads are created in your browser.
Storage on your device
When browser storage is available, the tools save your most recent comparison or conversion and selected units on this device. People, character, and converter states are kept separately. Use “Clear saved comparisons” in the comparison tool to clear its saved states. You can also clear this website’s storage through your browser settings. Browser storage may be unavailable in some privacy modes.
Shared links
A comparison link contains names and heights in the part after #. Anyone with the complete link can view them. We do not create a server-side record for a shared chart. The link can still be retained by a person you send it to, copied elsewhere, or saved in a browser’s history.
Optional analytics
If optional analytics is available and you choose to allow it, it is used to understand general tool use and failures. Events may describe a comparison starting, an added person count, a download, a copied link, a print dialog opening, or an error type. Analytics must exclude entered names, heights, shared-link fragments, and full shared URLs.
Analytics is not required to use the tools. Preferences apply to this browser. A print-dialog event describes opening the dialog; it does not establish that a page was printed.
Website delivery and administration
Our hosting service handles the technical information needed to serve pages and files, such as a requesting IP address, request time, and requested path. Private administrator sessions use cookies to protect access to content management. Visitors do not need an account to compare or convert heights.
Blog content and advertising
Blog articles and their images are public when published. Advertising is not currently displayed. If advertising or data collection changes, this policy and any required choices will be updated before that capability is enabled.
Contact and changes
If you contact us, your message may include the contact details and information you choose to provide. See the contact page for the current support channel. Changes to this policy will appear here with an updated date.
